Bands of light snow are working across the region. These can put down some light accumulations on the grass and elevated surfaces.
We are on a hot streak right now with our weather, which doesn't look to change anytime soon. We keep the ball rolling today as sunshine and few clouds out and about with no rain/snow in the forecast. Highs this afternoon will be about 3°-6° higher than yesterday. From here on out it doesn't really matter how much higher we are than the day before. All that matters is that we are higher.
50s slide into the region come Friday and Saturday under mostly clear skies. You have the green light for any events going on during that time, so grab the family and go! There is one bump in the road that will fall on Sunday. Our temperatures will take a hit, but only fall to the 40s with a chance of a few showers. It only lasts for a moment though as we head back to the 50s & 60s next week.
