Weather will be MUCH different today than tomorrow!

I know we have been talking about this winter storm heading our way on Sunday-Monday, but let's try to focus on today. It will actually be a really nice one as the morning showers move out leaving us with a mix of sun and clouds this afternoon. Take advantage of today as highs slide into the mid 50s this afternoon.

Now onto the winter storm everyone has been hearing about for Sunday into Monday. We have a Winter Storm Watch in effect from Sunday morning through Monday. There hasn't been much change to the forecast. We are still looking at a rain/snow/sleet/freezing rain event. Timing on this continues to point toward Sunday afternoon through Monday morning. The latest weather model show a cooler trend, which should throw more snow our way. This doesn't appear to be an event that will cripple us for a few days. However, the potential is there for icy roads during that time with power outages, so go ahead and prepare for the storm.
