Very slow moving showers and thunderstorms will move into our area overnight and Sunday. The potential for flooding will be heightened in southern and eastern Kentucky.
After a Saturday with some clouds, sunshine and warm summertime temperatures, we move into Sunday with the chance for wet weather throughout the day.
We're tracking a storm system that will bring not only thick cloud cover but rain and thunderstorms along with it; bring an umbrella with you when you head out.
Daytime highs will drop back a bit too because of the cloud cover into the mid to low 80s.
Rain and thunderstorms will continue to move in from the west overnight and into the work week.
Watch for high water along small creeks today.
Stay safe & dry
