WHITLEY COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A southern Kentucky father faces charges after police say he drove while under the influence with his 14-year-old son in the vehicle.
The Whitley County Sheriff's Office arrested Michael Noble, 48, over the weekend.
They say someone called 911 saying someone was trying to ram a vehicle into a home.
Deputies say Noble claimed his Jeep had gotten stuck in some gravel. They say noble failed field sobriety tests.
He's been charged with DUI, endangering the welfare of a minor, and criminal mischief.
Deputies say the teenager is now with his mother.
