WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. (WKYT) - State police say a southern Kentucky man has been arrested, accused of planning a murder.
Troopers say Tristan Hall, 29, turned himself in Thursday in Whitley County. Hall is booked in the Whitley County Detention Center charged with murder, but state police say that charge will likely be amended to solicitation to commit murder.
Investigators have so far not been able to provide more details about this case.
