Wild weather set for the holidays!

Spotty showers out and about today in which a couple of us to the north could see a light wintry mix that will not cause any issues. Highs today will be in the 40s, which is average for this time a year. The rain kicks later this evening. We will stay dry for the most part of Christmas Day with highs in the upper 30s. A big system begins to work its way northbound bringing us showers during Christmas night and into Wednesday. We start with rain, but should transition to a little snow come Wednesday evening/night. How much do we pick up? That will be determined on the track of this thing. 50 miles each way could make a drastic difference for our weather. Right now we are leaning toward everyone having the shot at some snow, but very light accumulation, if any at all.

Have a very Merry Christmas Eve!!!
