Wildcats losing to Gators in blood drive

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Wildcat fans still have a lot of work to do in the Big Blue Slam blood drive.

Monday was the first day of the annual competition against Florida. So far, the Gators hold a more than 100 point lead over Kentucky.

The blood drive was held on the floor of Rupp Arena Monday, which was a first for the arena.

The Big Blue Slam will continue through Friday. Monday was the only day for Rupp Arena, but you can still donate at Kentucky Blood Center Locations.
