Wind blows down traffic lights in downtown Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT)- The weather caused problems for drivers in downtown Lexington.

Police say the wind knocked down some street lights at North Broadway and Short Street. Someone made the discovery around 11:30 Monday night.

The intersection was blocked off while traffic management crews made the repairs.

The roadway reopened a short time later.
