The flash flood threat increases late tonight and into Thursday. Rounds of storms may dump a lot of rain across our region.
We have one more frigid night ahead before temps start to rise. Readings tonight will drop into the single digits for most areas and that's a far cry from the well below temperatures of this morning. Gusty winds will make it feel 0 to -5 below.
Wednesday will see temps returning to the upper 20s with partly sunny skies and some afternoon clouds.
Those clouds are ahead of a system that could bring a touch of some light snow our way by Thursday. This will be on the nose of some milder air that takes us into the upper 40s by Friday.
That will carry us into the weekend with a good shot at rain and gusty winds for Saturday.
