A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is out for for much of northern and eastern Kentucky until 9 p.m. This is just east of the Lexington metro.
Winds will stay breezy tonight with mild temperatures and a few sprinkles possible. Lows will dip to 57 with mostly cloudy skies. Tuesday will be another warm and windy day with gusts up to 30 mph. Highs will reach the upper 70s to lower 80s with an isolated shower chance. It will stay well above normal through Wednesday until a front passes on Thursday.
Strong storms will be a possibililty on Thursday ahead of the front with temperatures cooling off quite a bit just before the weekend. We will keep you up to date with the latest information over the next several days.
