Woman accused of shooting husband in his sleep

WAYNESBURG, Ky. (WKYT) - A woman is in jail, accused of killing her husband.

The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office says Tamara Richie shot her husband, David, as he slept Thursday morning.

It happened at their home on New Lane in Waynesburg.

Investigators tell us she then called her sister to tell her what happened.

Richie is charged with murder.
