Woman injured after school bus crash

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WKYT) - A crash involving a Kentucky school bus has left a woman badly injured.

It happened Monday afternoon on Brownsboro Road in Louisville.

Police say the driver of a Jefferson County school bus cut off a car while making a turn, causing the car to hit the bus.

The driver of the car had to be cut out. Police say she was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police say no one on the bus was seriously injured. Three children did go to the hospital as a precaution.
