Woman dies after Lincoln County crash

Police are investigating what caused an accident that killed an 86-year old woman.

Early Wednesday morning we learned Bertha VanHook of Hustonville died at UK Hospital after crashing into a concrete culvert.

Investigators say the accident happened Tuesday on Kentucky 501 near Kings Mountain in Lincoln County.

Investigators say VanHook wasn't wearing a seat belt.
