Woman killed after two cars collide

An investigation is underway after a deadly crash in northeastern Kentucky.

The accident happened just before 10 Monday night on U.S. 68 near Maysville.

Police say a Chevy Impala, driven by 49-year-old Joyce Adamson of Mayslick, and a pickup, driven by 32-year-old Glenn Huber, Jr., of Mayslick, collided.

The Mason County coroner pronounced Adamson dead at the scene.

Huber was taken to a hospital, where he was treated and released.

So far, police haven't released details about how the accident happened.
