Crime Stoppers: Police looking for man involved in credit card theft

Lexington Police are hoping you can tell them who the man is who they believe was involved in a theft back in August. They say he stole items from a car parked on Queensway Drive.

"Several personal items and credit cards were stolen from the vehicle," says Detective Rob Sarrantonio with Lexington Police.

The man is caught on camera the same night at the Walmart in the North Park Shopping Center in Lexington using all the stolen credit cards.

"At the Walmart you can see the suspect using three different credit cards to purchase over $5,000 worth of electronics," says Detective Sarrantonio.

He maxes out the cards and police continue to look for him to close this case. They're hoping you can tell them who he is.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest in this case. Call Crime Stoppers today at 859-253-2020. It's a free call and it's anonymous.
