Man claiming to be animal control officer arrested

Updated: 02/01/2012 - Police say he came to an animal shelter claiming to be a Fort Knox Animal Control officer. But, investigators say the man had actually been barred from the military base. The Taylor County Sheriff's Office says 31-year-old Lee Otto also had guns, knives, a list of employee names, and aerial photos of the county's shelter when he showed up there. We talked to Otto's wife, who says there's an explanation for this bizarre incident.
