Fatal ATV accident in Knox County

Posted: 06/27/2010 - An ATV accident has claimed the life of a 12-year-old girl. Kentucky State Police report a 13-year-old boy was driving an ATV on KY 718 in the Scalf Community of Knox County. Investigators say the girl was riding on the rear of the ATV. The operator apparently lost control of the ATV and ran off the the roadway, where it overtuned.
