Confirmed Performance Form

We're looking forward to you joining us on for an in-studio performance.

To prepare for your interview and ensure your time with us is a valuable tool for you to convey your message, we ask that you complete our brief online questionnaire at least 24 hours before your scheduled interview.

Your responses will ensure we have the necessary information to prepare our questions, any necessary special accommodations, and any graphics that may need to be produced ahead of time to enhance your visit.

All musical performances must be pre-taped. We cannot do live performances.

Also, WKYT does not provide musical instruments or music stands. Performers need to bring their own.

The taping will take place at the WKYT studios at 2851 Winchester Road, Lexington, Kentucky 40509. Performers scheduled to tape at 8:30 a.m. should arrive no later than 8:15. Please come to the back ramp door, farthest around the station, near the gated tower. Ring the buzzer to let someone in master control know you're a guest for a taped interview. For tapings scheduled for 10:30 a.m., we ask that you arrive by 10:15 a.m. Please park in the lot of the right hand side of the building and enter through the front door.
