Chief meteorologist T.G. Shuck is in Louisville this week for the National Weather Association Conference.

Monday Shuck presented research he conducted on severe weather polices at some major sporting venues in Kentucky. He's helping people consider what would happen if a tornado or a lightning storm broke out during a big game. Where would people go, what would they do?

The study was prompted after a tornado hit downtown Atlanta during the SEC Basketball Tournament last March, causing major damage to the Georgia Dome.

Shuck shared his findings with weather experts from all around the country. He hopes this will get everyone thinking about fan safety.

So let's spend a few million dollars to study this phenomena. Just because it's as likely to happen as it is you will hit the Powerball this week. While TG is at it maybe he can tell us the effect of a snowstorm in hades....where would those poor devils go?
