A golf course and country club, in one of city's most upscale communities, has filed for bankruptcy.
The Andover Golf and Country Club, on Lexington's east side, just off Todds Road, filed Chapter 11.
It claims close to $3.9 million in liabilities, and says it owes more than 50 creditors.
The club claims a little less than one-point-six million in assets.
A hearing on the filing will be held Tuesday morning.
