A band of heavy rain continues to sink southward into the region. We will have to keep a close eye on this later this evening into tonight. The rest of the forecast remains unchanged with a major winter storm moving in late Wednesday and Thursday.
A cold front will work into the state on Wednesday and produce a few clouds and an isolated shower. Temps will be chilly with highs back into the upper 50s. Wednesday night may be the coldest night of the season with readings hitting the upper 20s. Warmer temps are in store for the weekend with a threat for a shower of thunderstorm.
