A few showers during the morning, then moving out by afternoon. Highs today in the lower 60s with mostly sunny skies. If you are heading out to Big Blue Madness tonight you can expect nice weather and cool when you leave. Saturday will be the warmest day we have felt in quite some time. Highs will be in the mid 70s with only a few clouds by afternoon, but remaining dry. A strong system aimed for the great plains will slide eastward on Sunday. Sunday morning for us will be comfortable and dry. Highs toward the afternoon will be in the 70s with showers and thunderstorms increasing from the west by dinner time. These will move through overnight and we will need to keep an eye on things closely. Drier for the start of the work week with another system moving in during midweek.
