Man killed in Crittenden train accident

CRITTENDEN, Ky. (WKYT) -- A man is dead after he was hit by a train Saturday evening.

The Grant County sheriff's office says it happened around 6 p.m near Dixie Highway, near Crittenden.

We're told a 20 year old man was killed.

Police say he was walking along with another man on the tracks.

The other man was able to get out of the way of the Norfolk Southern train.

The names of either men are not being released at this time.
