The flash flood threat increases late tonight and into Thursday. Rounds of storms may dump a lot of rain across our region.
We are off and running through the final days of September in which won't be too bad. Clouds will stick around today with only a slight chance of rain. Highs will settle in the lower to mid 70s for most, which is a very nice feel. No worries there on Tuesday with mix of sun and clouds as highs creep into the mid to upper 70s.
Come midweek-end of the work week slight rain chances move back in play, but most do stay dry. Highs during those days will be in the upper 70s to lower 80s.
During the weekend a front is poised to slide through the area. This will be the best chance at storms that we have seen in quite some time. Not only are we looking at storms, but some really cool air looks to follow. The problem is the timing of this front and there are some model inconsistencies with them. As of right now we are looking at storms moving in on Saturday afternoon-Sunday morning. We will be able to iron those details out as the days go along.
