A very muggy air mass has pushed into our region and this make it feel a little more like summer. This same muggy air will also help fire up a scattered shower or thunderstorm into the overnight.
Tuesday will see a mix of sun and clouds with temps in the mid 80s. The muggy factor will be very high and scattered storms will be the end result.
A strong cold front makes a run at us by Wednesday and this front will deliver a good chance for strong or severe storms. Those showers and storms will hang around into Thursday as the front moves through.
Cooler and drier air moves in behind it for Friday.
