Showers and thunderstorms will continue this evening. A Flash Flood Watch remains active until 8pm for southeastern Kentucky.
Very nice weather has returned to the bluegrass state and looks to hang around for a few days.
Patchy fog will settle in overnight with readings dropping into the upper 50s to low 60s. There is a slight chance for a shower to develop across far southern and southeastern Kentucky into Thursday.
Highs for Thursday will generally run in the low 80s with a mix of sun and clouds. Low humidity levels will make for a pleasant feeling day for many.
Friday will see temps returning to the middle 80s with more sun. Upper 80s are a good bet over the weekend. That's when the threat for showers and storms return to our weather picture.
A big change toward cooler weather looks to show up by the middle of next week.
