Search for Powell County abuse suspect continues

POWELL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) -- The search continues tonight for a woman accused of abusing an adult in her care who has special needs.

The Powell County Sheriff's office told us today they don't have any leads as to where Ruby Richardson may be.

When police went to serve an indictment warrant on Richardson last week she wasn't home.

Police say Richardson neglected and abused the victim and stole money from her.
