Our focus now turns to the potential of record lows tonight. Many areas may wake up to thermometer readings below zero.
The issue during the morning will be the fog with cooler conditions to the north and milder air to the south. Most of the day will be dry with highs hitting the mid 60s. Come the evening and nighttime hours we can expect rain to be on the increase from the west.
Heading into Wednesday our temperatures will be in the upper 60s to lower 70s. Also, we are looking at another chance of rain, but the real rain threat comes on Thursday. A front moves in the area during Halloween day, which will bring us not only rain, but storms as well. This is a potent system and we are looking at a severe weather threat for Halloween, especially for I-75 and westbound. The main threat will be damaging winds during the afternoon and overnight hours.
Cooler air settles in toward the weekend!
