Rounds of showers and storms continue to push across the region. Flash flooding is the main threat tonight into Wednesday.
We have had some fantastic past couple of days. That doesn't look to stop today, but we will be slightly warmer heading into the afternoon with highs in the lower 80s. Showers and storms will be on the increase overnight and into tomorrow. We are not expecting severe weather at this time. The first batch of rain looks to move in overnight and into Saturday morning. Then the actual front moves through during the afternoon with another shot at a chance of rain. Rain chances will be at 60%, but this will not be a heavy rain maker like we have seen the past several times. Sunday looks great with highs in the mid to upper 70s.
We will move into August with continued abnormally cool temperatures as highs settle in the lower 80s. We could also see a record low temperature heading into Monday morning with a shot at 52°!
