Tracking a big time cold front heading this way for the weekend

We are looking good again today with a mix of sun & clouds. It'll still be cool with highs in the low to mid 50s. Clouds will be moving in as we head toward the later portion of the work week, but it looks like we stay dry during the daylight hours tomorrow as rain pushes in during the night. The soggy day comes on Friday at an 80% chance of rain. The good news is no severe weather expected.

After the front rolls through on Friday night, a blast of cold air comes crashing in for the weekend. This will keep our temperatures in the 30s for highs and the teens for the overnight lows. That some pretty cold air for this time a year.

If you are a snow lover there is some "possible" good news for you in the 7-day. Heading toward midweek next week we are looking for a low pressure system sliding out of the Gulf of Mexico and you know what that means for us...snow. Still several days out and we will watch to see how it plays out.
