Survive the Night Triathlon in Lexington, first-ever to raise money for cancer care

The weekend is one oncology doctor's way of helping promote healthy living by raising dollars for cancer care. Smartphone app aimed to help drivers pulled over for DUI, has local critic

Updated: 06/08/2015 - "To record something, to document it, there's not an officer that's going to have a problem with that," said former Lexington Police Detective Don Evans. "You have a legal right to do that." However, Evans said the app may be more harmful than helpful for drivers suspected of drinking and driving.
