Heavy rains have taken a break. Rain will increase through the day and will become heavy at times. We are also tracking the possibility of severe thunderstorms this afternoon.

Our First Alert Severe Weather Day continues. Tropical rains associated with Cindy will fill in again today.


The commonwealth is expecting heavy rain, remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy.
