Bryan Station names new football coach
Last Updated: 4:50 PM 02/03/10Kenny Turner has been named the new football coach at Bryan Station High School. Turner has been the head coach at Madison Central High School since 2003, where his teams were District Champs in 2003, 2004 and 2005, and District Runner-Ups in 2007 and 2008, with an overall record of 51 and 30. Turner has also served in a variety of assistant coaching posts at Madison Central High, and Godwin High in Richmond, VA. He was also head football coach at Covington Holmes High School for 11 years and has experience coaching track and basketball at various schools.

WKYT to air Sweet 16 draws
Last Updated: 11:28 AM 02/05/10The draw for the 2010 PNC/KHSAA Boys’ and Houchens Industries/KHSAA Girls’ State Basketball Tournaments will be conducted on Friday, Jan. 29. WKYT-TV in Lexington will again air the draws and it will be streamed live beginning at 1 p.m. Insight of Northern Kentucky, Louisville and Bowling Green will also air the program and it will be streamed live by iHigh.com
