The 2009 National Guard Border Bowl All Star Football Game will be played on January 17th, 2009 at the James H. Taylor II Memorial Stadium, Williamsburg, KY. Kick-off is set for 1:00pm.
The teams are comprised of football all-stars from east Kentucky vs. east Tennessee. Players and coaches range from Covington, KY to Chattanooga, TN.

* 7:00pm-2009 National Guard Border Bowl Awards Dinner and Banquet hosted by Dick Gabriel. The evening will consist of dinner and former football legends and National Guard speakers. Keynote address will be delivered by former Kentucky Wildcat great and eight year NFL veteran Marty Moore.
* Location-Williamsburg Civic Center
* Dinner Cost-$20.00, limited number of tickets are available
January 17th
* 9:00am-National Guard Border Bowl 5K Fun Run. Race will start at the James H. Taylor Memorial Stadium
* Racers will receive a free, long sleeve 2009 National Guard Border Bowl shirt
* Registration fee-$15.00
Free for Military and Family Members
* 1:00pm-National Guard Border Bowl All Star Football Game.
* General Public Admission-$6.00, kids under 10 are free
* Free Admission for Military and Family Members
GAME DAY ATTRACTIONS:
o Action packed high school football all-star game between two old rivals. Bragging rights will be established on the border. This is the second Border Bowl All Star Football Game. Last year’s attendance was estimated at over 5,000
* Dale Earnhardt Jr’s #88 National Guard NASCAR, photographs of the car will be permitted and encouraged
* National Guard ATV team with driver, William Yokley, autographs and photographs will be permitted
* National Guard hot air balloon
* Rock climbing walls and inflatable obstacle course
* National Guard military displays
* Free lunch for all coaches preceding the game
