There may be more high profile names on the Scott County roster, but there's no better player than Richie Phares.
The senior forward has led the Cardinals to 17 straight wins and a #1 state ranking. With it, he's earned scholarship offers from several mid-major schools, as well as, interest from both Kentucky and Louisville.
