Channing Fugate had a monster junior season, leading the state in rushing with over 3,000 yards and 36 touchdowns. Those numbers, plus his size and agility brought several Division 1 schools calling.
With several choices including Illinois, Stanford, Boise State and Cincinnati, among others, Fugate chose to take his game to Tennessee, committing to the Volunteers late Thursday night.
Fugate will have one final season with Breathitt County before he wears the orange of Tennessee.

Fugate had a great junior year and his highlight tape is on www.afctube.com check his highlight out its pretty good. Also another running back from eastern ky is on there. Nehemiah Doderer hidhlight shows some talent that should be seen as well.

Can't believe he chose a school thats gonna waste his talents as a Fullback rather than allowing him to play Running Back and run the ball. What a shame.
