well probably the reason they are not #1 is because bell is playing very good football and are defending 4A state champs. bell's only loss was against Alcoa which is also a defending state champ and is currently ranked #45 in the nation (according to maxpreps)

Why is Prestonsburg Blackcats still number 2...they should be 1...because they are 8-0....they have done such a great job...
