Brown Beans w/Ham Hocks

Buy the mixed pintos and white beans
Look at beans to get all bad beans and rocks ,then wash beans through two waters.
Drain and Place in slow cooker
Add water till it covers beans and about one inch over.
Add Ham hocks, cook on high till beans start to cook, then turn on high cook over night.
Turn on low and leave till you serve with cornbread relish.

Frozen Biscuits

2 cups flour
1./2 teaspoon of salt
3 level teaspoons of baking powder
4 tablespoon of shortening
3/4 cup sweet milk
Mix ingredients and work until smooth, roll out, cut in desired size and place on cookie sheet, freeze,
When frozen, place in zip lock plastic bag and use as needed
Bake 350 degrees until brown and stuff with fried ham or baked ham
