According to newly-released court documents, Louisville prosecutors say they've found a small amount of hair and human DNA in a landfill. The Courier-Journal reports it's the same Indiana landfill police searched for missing Sullivan University student, Andrew Compton.
At a hearing next week, prosecutors plan to ask a judge for permission to test the DNA to see if it belonged to Compton. His body was never found. Gregory O'Bryan is charged in Compton's murder.
