The woman Jackson County deputies are trying to identify is at UK Hospital. Deputies say she's in critical condition, and they need to find her family.

Jackson County Sheriff's deputies say an unidentified woman fell off a motorcycle late Thursday night, right at a turn on Highway 30 near the Jackson and Owsley County line.

Jackson County EMT Billy Profitt says the woman was not alert. She was airlifted to UK Hospital, and they still don't know her name or identity.

"We tried to look for ID," explains Profitt, "if she had pockets, she had nothing on her person to identify who she was, no information at all."

The Jackson County Sheriff's Office is asking you to call them if you know of a missing woman in her 40's, possibly 47, around 5'5" or 5'6", 184 pounds with sandy blonde shoulder length hair. They believe her name is Patty.

"In order for UK to be able to do what they have to do to treat her, they have to contact a family member. That's the reason why we're doing this, in order to be able to give her the life-saving technique she needs," says Profitt.

The number for the Jackson County Sheriff's Office is (606) 287.7121.
