Clippers forward Blake Griffin injured his knee during Team USA's Wednesday scrimmage and is returning to Los Angeles to be examined by team doctors. Former UK center and No. 1 pick, Anthony Davis has been asked to return immediately to Las Vegas for training camp.
According to reports, Griffin twisted his knee, but the extent of his injury is not certain. Griffin will undergo an MRI. Davis had been cut last week after spraining his ankle a week earlier.
