Lexington Police are looking for two women who they say went on a shopping spree, using a stolen credit card.
A man says he noticed his credit card was taken after returning home from Yesterday's Bar and Restaurant on July 24.
"He's not sure when the credit card was taken," Detective Nathan Williams of Lexington Police said. "He just got home and noticed it wasn't in his wallet."
While the man was reporting the theft to police, officers say the two women were shopping.
Police say the women went to three Lexington Walmart stores, charging more than $1,000 to the card each time they checked out.
"Mostly common shopping items," Williams said. "One time they had two cartfuls of items."
In all, police say the women spent around $3,500 on the stolen credit card.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.
