Police in Lexington were able to capture the man they are looking for on surveillance video inside a local Walmart.

Police say the credit card the man is using is stolen, but the victim still has the original card. Police believe the suspect made a copy of the credit card by using the victim's card number. The victim lives in West Virginia and tells police he hasn't been to Lexington in years.
