A day after we told you about a suspect police were looking for in crime of the week, he's now in custody.

Police say 29-year-old Brent Stewart is the man caught on camera using a credit card stolen from a vehicle parked at the Home Suites on Bryant Road on April 18th.

They say he also stole a diamond ring from the car.

He has now been charged with theft by unlawful taking for the crime.
