On January 9th at approximately 11:45 a.m., a man entered Tates Creek Spirits in Lexington looking for alcohol.

"He removed four bottles of Grey Goose vodka and proceeded to walk out of the store without paying for them", says Detective Rob Sarrantonio with Lexington Police.

An employee goes after the man who is attempting to steal alcohol. The suspect then turns on the employee.

"When they got to the parking lot the suspect threw two of the bottles at the employee causing a cut and injury to the employees arm", says Det. Rob Sarrantonio.

The suspect then got into a purple Dodge Neon driven by a white suspect and fled the scene. Now police are looking for this robbery suspect.
