Bell County escapee caught in Pulaski County

BELL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Bell County Forestry Camp officials report Joshua Woodall, 29, is back in custody. Prison officials say the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department found and arrested him Wednesday evening.

Investigators say Woodall walked away from the Bell County Forestry Camp on Wednesday morning.

He was serving a twenty year sentence for Receiving Stolen Property, 3rd Degree Burglary and Theft from Pulaski County.

Investigators believed he would try to go home to Pulaski County.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department says deputies and Bell County Forestry Camp officials set-up surveillance and found Woodall in a car with his wife, Adrienne Eggers Woodall, on South Highway 27 in Tateville.

Deputies say detectives found 23 Oxycodone pills and $70 cash in the vehicle.

Joshua Woodall, was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense. He was then released to prison officials and transported back to Bell County to face escape charges.

Adrienna Eggers Woodall, 25, Grundy Road Somerset, was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense. She was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center. Deputies say additional charges are possible.
