It was the day before Halloween, around 9:30 in the morning, when a woman walked into the 5/3 Bank on Euclid Avenue.

"It was a white female that entered the store. She was covered from head to toe and on her head she had a pink stocking like cap. She had on a white surgical mask along with dark plastic rimmed glasses," says Detective William Persley with the Lexington Police Department.

That woman approaches a teller, demanding money numerous times.

"They walked back to the vault where she received $50,000 and she placed the $50,000 in a blue recycle bag," says Detective William Persley.

She then leaves the bank in a tan or brown '95' or '96' Camry. This isn't the first robbery police believe she's committed.

"This appears to be the same lady who was involved in one of our earlier robberies, the Forcht Bank back in June," says Detective Persley.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest in this case. Call Crime Stoppers today at 859-253-2020. It's a free call and it's anonymous.
