Crime Stoppers: Police looking for Quality Inn robber

In the middle of the afternoon on December 28th, Lexington Police were called the the Quality Inn on Newtown Court. Authorities say a Hispanic man who appeared to be in this 40's robbed the hotel.

"He had black hair, and brown eyes. He came in by himself and approached the check-in employee and demanded money and implied a weapon. He was wearing a heavy coat and had his hand stuffed in this pocket," says Detective Elizabeth Adams.

He left in an unknown direction but police are hoping surveillance video will help them find the person responsible. They're hoping you can tell them who it is.
