A woman goes on a shopping spree at an area Walmart, but the problem is the card she used was not hers! Tonight, police hope you recognize the woman caught on tape making the fraudulent charges.

This all took place on May 4th at the Walmart on Greg Lag Way. A shopper accidentally drops her credit card leaving the store. Police say a woman then picks it up and heads inside.

"At which point she purchased $1,800 dollars worth of gift cards. The gift cards were then used at different locations along the I-75 corridor," says Detective Jeremiah Davis with the Lexington Police Dept.

You can see that woman, caught on tape, leaving the store after using the credit card. Police are hoping you can tell them who she is before she strikes again.

"If you know who she is you should be able to identify her and if she's hitting this card for $1,800 it's not the first time she's doing it and it's not gonna be the last," says Detective Jeremiah Davis.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest in this case. Call Crime Stoppers at 859-253-2020. It's a free call and they don't want your name, just your information.
