Two arrested for deadly Knox Co. home invasion

KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - State Police say they made an arrest for a deadly home invasion in Knox County Friday night.

Patrick Baker, 36, of London and Bradley Wagner, 36, also of London, are both charged with Murder.

Both men are currently lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On May 9, police say two men, pretending to be police officers, forced their way into a home and held the family inside hostage.

They say the suspects then shot one of the victims, Donald Mills, killing him.

More arrests are pending in connection with the Murder investigation.

On May 16, two more arrests were made in the case. Police arrested Elijah Messer, 30, of Dewitt, Ky and Angela Mills, 39, of Scalf, Ky. Both have been charged with murder.

Both are lodged in the Knox County Detention Center. More arrests are still pending.

The victim's mother, Phyllis Mills, tells WKYT Angela Mills is Donald's cousin. She was there when her son was killed.

"When I went in the bathroom, he was shot twice. Blood was everywhere," she said.

Mills was buried at his home. His mother wants justice for her son.

"I hope they never see daylight," she said.
